@RoadsUntraveled

I started a new channel! From scratch. 0 subscribers. It'll be where all of my POV driving videos are posted. The main channel will remain higher production quality but I know some of you are only here for the raw sounds so I hope you enjoy it. https://www.youtube.com/@RoadsUntraveledASpec

@Chuck-s5i

Algorithm brought this video to my attention. Nice video and in my opinion you effectively captured the essence of the LC 500. It is a superbly built very high quality grand touring car. Absolutely no car is flawless and people will without fail find something to be critical of with any vehicle under scrutiny. From an overall perspective and not missing the forest for the trees, Lexus created a very special and accomplished automobile. I’m happy that you recognize and acknowledge this achievement.

That copper is 🔥🔥🔥

@Lexrcf

The LC500 is a future classic

@2ZZGE100

Since the engine is mainly surviving because of the Lexus high performance car, which is the Lexus RCF Final Edition (LC500 is a soft 4400 lbs GT luxury car). The only racing Lexus is doing, is with the IMSA RCF GT3. LC500 has not been used for racing since the chassis is a shortened version of LS500 chassis. The video footage of the Nurburgring VLN race with LC500, is from 6 - 7 years ago when Lexus used LC500 as a test bed for the new V8 engine testing in endurance racing. The RCF is ending production this year because the RCF GT3 homologation requirements (the RCF chassis is used exactly in its form in the RCF GT3) will be fulfilled as the GR GT3 with twin turbo V8 takes over from the RCF GT3 for the racing campaigns. Since RCF GT3 will retire, it will also mean RCF and the 2UR engine that was originally developed for RCF/RCF GT3 in 2014, will end production. Therefore, the derivative cars for this engine like the LC500 and IS500 will also most likely end production in 2026.

@Toyota4Life

Toyota and Lexus are the goats of Japan .

Period .

@davidmiller3128

twin turbo V8 = good
awd = good
hybrid = a heavy and overpriced disappointment
auto only = sad but expected from Lexus
$$$ = it's all irrelevant for most of us anyway

The LC 500 is a nice car, even though it is heavy, bloated, and should have been a 2-seater hatchback. The Vantage V8 is what the LC 500 should have been. Still, it is priced within reach of many working people. I fully expect the new LFR to be priced out of the range of most mortals in the same way the LFA was.

@Vyprvenom14

This is the only car I can see myself trading my IS500 for one day

@THESocialJusticeWarrior

Put the LFA engine in it.

@ClosestNearUtopia

“Dont ruin the next LFA”

Like Lexus ever screwed up the LFA in the first place…… its not a BMW, its not a Merc, its not a Bent, its a Lexus, and they will deliver like always, especially on the LFA they wont compromise anything unlike any other brand, they are still the masters of qualitity car manufactering.

@booshninja431

I love the interior!

@Bartons_Ltd

“So good… that even the people who made it, can’t make it again”
-Jezza

I think with emissions/rules now, Lexus can’t make another car as good as the LFA ever again.

“The best car I’ve ever driven”
-Jezza

@MortyReviews

Videos like this inspired me to start filming cars keep leading from the front

@BobLobblah

Love this car and its sound! Nice to see you taking shots in the valley!

@artlorddavis5836

2:09 launching a rear wheel drive car on the wet like that requires some balls you know. Id never risk my life like that😂

@kenchen704

I think Lexus will be sorely mistaken by the twin-turbo V8. Yes, it means big performance, but it also means it is another “same” car to the AMG GT and Aston Martin DB + Vantage class of cars with much better brand prestige and appeal. Not to mention, at that price bracket, it will be competing with some of the very desirable Porsches with high revving naturally aspirated engines and manual transmissions. The only way for this new car to differentiate itself, is to put in a manual, and actually do some engineering: bump that NA V8 to 600 hp (Porsche can squeeze 530 out of 4 liters NA, you can do it Lexus, just actually try for once), and make it light weight - recipe for instant legend

@live_the_moment_with_arnol5661

Love the 2025 lexus, the only issue I hate is the analog for the infotainment screen they removed, the best filling of a lexus was you didn't had to touch the screen now you have to touch the screen, put back the analog

@pdrizle1370

The dream car

@blu_is500

First time watcher, the video just popped up in my feed. (Good job YouTube, ya got one right!) 😀 It's amazing how Lexus was able to plop this V8 into several cars, yet give them all distinct personalities. I've driven the LC many times and it's pretty amazing; but for my needs, the IS500 was the better choice. There was a lot to like in the production, well done and thanks for posting!

@diemost24

Cool stuff mate
