"null" has to be lowercase, "Hello" doesn't need a question mark, and the "Who are you?" was spelt correctly, but null has the tendency to only reply when he feels like it and/or to certain players. So rotate the player talking to null, and he just might reply..

We can see a 0 before and after this as well, so my best guess is that it says "I will find you" since space ends in 0 and y starts with 0.
