Hey Aaron, I’m a fan from Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 and I have a traditional Puerto Rican recipe I think you would like. It’s called Mojo Isleño

*A—Sauce:*
- ½ cup olive oil
- 1½ cups water
- 2 tablespoons capers
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper (or to taste)
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 bay leaves
- 24 stuffed olives (with pimientos)
- 2 eight ounce cans of tomato sauce
- 1 four ounce can of roasted red peppers with the liquid, sliced into strips
- 2½ pounds onions, sliced into rings

*B—Fish:*
- 4 pounds of fish steaks, 1 inch thick
- 4 teaspoons salt
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 large clove garlic, crushed

*Instructions:*

1. *Prepare the Sauce:*
   Combine all ingredients listed under "Sauce" in a pot. Cook on moderate heat, covered, for 30 minutes, then uncovered for another 30 minutes.

2. *Prepare the Fish:*
   While the sauce is almost ready, season the fish steaks with salt. Fry them as follows:
   - Heat the olive oil in a skillet and add the crushed garlic. Cook over moderate heat until the garlic turns golden. Remove the garlic.
   - Add fish steaks to the skillet (as many as fit comfortably). Fry them for about 7 minutes on each side. (Lightly brown over moderate heat, then cook the rest of the time on low heat.) Fry the remaining fish the same way.

3. *Serve:*
   Serve the fish with the sauce poured over the top.

@1.5Deg_Is_NonNegotiable

I agree. The content itself is better than any click-bait. I think I was almost excited as you waiting for the lunker. Congrats also to Madeleine for all her hard work in her company.

Hey Aaron, longtime mechanic here. Whenever working with your cooling system, make sure you bleed it properly. It's really not too difficult and ensures you don't have any air bubbles which will cause excess pressure and more overheating problems. Get a coolant funnel, seal it with the correct cap, fill it about 1/4 way, jack the front of the truck up, turn your heater on full heat. And idle the truck until it is at operating temp. Then hold the rpms around 1500 until you see the coolant in the funnel start to drain. Top off as needed. Love your videos!

@CarlosHeighes

No questions but you’re awesome man, have seen all of your videos and have learned a ton from you. Ty and keep doing you!
