Always loved the channel! I agree a home gym is one of the best investments you can make for yourself. It also doesnt have to be expensive if you are willing to put in some elbow grease, used commercial equipment can be found for pennies on the dollar on the second hand market.

That's one hell of a hone gym, my friend. No notes. That Rogue Echo bike is just a modernized version of the old fan bikes. A ridiculously efficient cardio machine. I love when old concepts prove to be the best. I remember doing a seminar at Athlete's Performance in Arizona, and there were a line of those machines against one wall. You know when the pros use them, it's worth owning.

Love your gym. I wish I could have a gym that nice. Unfortunately here in AZ my garage easily get to 130+ during the summer. From April-November it's an oven in my garage. I have a small simple gym in my room. If you want to learn what hot is come to AZ. I'll show you. Keep up the hard work. It's cooler outside then in my garage.
