Glad to have a clear and concise video, my primary care doctor diagnosed me with PCOS back in March but never told me, I happened to look at my chart today and it said Polycystic Ovary Syndrome 3/7/24.

@Ibhazeblessing

I was diagnosed with PCOS 8 years ago and I can remember how I felt when the doctor told me I won’t be able to conceive, I have had successful pregnancies and now I’m a mother of 3 and I have been able to live with my condition comfortably just with the use of quality natural herbs.

@username20213

I have PCOS, and I remember feeling so frustrated when nothing seemed to work. But ever since I started using an app to track my nutrition and get support 24/7, everything changed. I’ve cut out junk, stopped emotional eating, and I finally feel like my body is working with me, not against me! 💜

@kalenced8575

Very good explanation!

Here’s a list of vitamins and supplements that may help with hormone balance and potentially reduce hair growth:
1. Vitamin D
2. Vitamin B6
3. Inositol (Myo-inositol and D-chiro-inositol)
4. Zinc
5. Magnesium
6. Omega-3 Fatty Acids
7. Vitamin E
8. Chromium

Many thanks — feeling how everything started to shrink and eventually vanish within two months was incredibly soothing. I followed the steps I shared abit ago, and within the first two weeks, the bloating disappeared. I just goolged Tilly Strankten's Guide, and it felt like hitting a reset button for feeling great, lol.

@mctlastaccpls

This is really good clip. Thank you doctor🤩

Am fatigued all the time, weight gain and hair loss and today dr said i have pcos😢

@mishalhussain3176

can you kindly add the references? Where did you get this information from. Thank you!

@Dana_inc

I never heard of all these diseases when I was a teenager.

@sigasiga6684

I have PCOS about 7 years and I gained weight only in 4 years about +60kg ....and that year I feel more badly ...

@alisexchange5761

weight loss and medication AREN'T the only form of treatment. For anyone with pcos just know there are other options and you're not alone. @milamend does an excellent job showing how you can help regulate your body (not only with supplements but necessary lifestyle changes)

@SureshRJ-h6j

little insight on drug use of clomifene citrate would be good

@Xand3rCha0s360

See I was diagnosed with PCOS but because I identify as a guy I never had an issue with having more hair and my voice being a bit deeper- I'm even on T now lol!
But they do have me on watch for things like weight and diabetes
Having treatment done for weight and diabetes and similar things helps the prognosis significantly in women or other afabs who have this condition

oh and I like he mentioned metformin as a treatment! for me it's been wonderful- as much as I hate menstruating (gender dysphoria) they're actually far more regular IF I get one after having lost 50+ pounds! my labs are starting to look cleaner in that department too and I'm not diabetic :) it's amazing how far we've come as the human population with treating previously chronic and untreatable conditions!

@rubyanaya126

Thank You ❤

@mithidas4295

Hyperandrogenism is one of the criteria of PCOS.What is the level of estrogen in PCOS?

@animagflip

Wonderful ~ With infrequent periods, oligomenorrhea, and amenorrhea, the lining of the uterus can get too thick leading to endometrial hyperplasia. I had been diagnosed and started on oral contraceptive for cycle regulation. This problem can increase the risk for uterine cancer.

@misslighaya

if I have pcos is it safe to take an inositol

@waelfadlallah8939
