As a young child in the 1960’s, I would read encyclopedias. I learned that the climate is in a constant state of flux, between Ice Ages and warmer Ages. I learned that the temperatures were either warming or cooling.
I learned of the vast size of the oceans. I learned that the atmosphere was much larger than all the oceans combined.
Now, here comes Man, barely larger than an Ant, producing smoke from fires. Of course, these campfires did not affect the climate in any way. Next, Man begins to burn Oil and Coal. Industry demands large quantities of oil and coal to be burned. Still, this has no effect on the climate. The Earth is just too large for Ants or men to change the climate. But, Man, with an ego the size of the sun, has the audacity to think he can affect the climate! It is completely absurd to believe that man can case the climate to warm or cool. It will warm and cool in the same pattern, over time, with or without Man and his Sun-sized Ego.
