My wife is 70, and I’m 72. A few months ago, she started cleaning her tongue regularly after seeing a similar video. Her breath improved in just a couple of weeks! I also took better care of my feet, and now I feel more energetic when walking. These small habits are making a huge difference for both of us. It’s never too late to start! 😊

At 01:00, the insight about the tongue being a germ collector is a real wake-up call! 👅🦠 And at 04:58, the reminder about foot care and avoiding fungal infections is so important! 🦶💡 Then at 13:03, the discussion on nasal hygiene and allergy prevention is a game-changer! 🤧🌬 This video is packed with eye-opening tips for better hygiene and overall health! 🔥👏

@Mr.TStories

At 70, I’ve learned that small hygiene habits matter more than we think. Ignoring my tongue and feet led to bad breath and painful cracks—fixing them changed everything!

I have be practicing cleaning these body parts. I am glad someone is spreading this information. Also please remember your ears, especially behind your ears. Bacteria will accumulate and also make your ears stink.

Great reminder! Proper hygiene isn’t just about cleanliness—it’s about overall health and well-being.

The belly button. Also I suffer from allergies so found your suggestion about cleaning nasal passages helpful.

Found this really interesting. Going to stop moisturising between toes. I struggle with cleaning my tongue but will persevere.

@charmaineknight6457

As a student nurse we once had an elderly patient whose navel/belly button had maggots!!! We were so horrified, but we all assumed that was just an isolated case. Thanks for sharing. Will be sharing this video since I am now one of those people...elderly myself 😅😮😂

@mritzs5142

I won’t get into bed without washing my feet first. I usually sit on the counter and just put them in the sink. I am laughed out for doing this, but I’m very glad. I’m limber enough to do it as well.

@mattiewaiti2018

(09:02 - 10:01) about underarm hygiene is very noteworthy. Not only does it help control body odor, but proper cleaning also supports the lymphatic system, aiding the body in eliminating toxins more effectively. A small habit that can significantly improve overall health! Thank you to the creator for sharing this valuable knowledge.

@malaika4158

Thank you!
I have always ignore all this

@Aeronwen813

For women, wash and dry thoroughly the skin under the breasts. Perspiration and abrasion from clothing can cause nasty skin erosion which is prone to infection and severe soreness.

@HeathyFood-j3l

This is such an eye-opener! I’m 72 and never realized how much these simple habits could matter – the way you tied cleanliness to longevity really hit home. Your energy and advice make me feel motivated to take better care of myself every day.
