This is true, HOWEVER, you CAN play the portal while the PS5 is being used; the only caveat is that the person using the PS5 has to be using a different PSN account.

They should fix this in future update cause if your playing on your ps portal cloud streaming. Not through the console. Then it shouldn't effect the game on the ps5.

Pretty sure the fact that Portal can stream while the PS5 is off, means that if the PS5 is offline or playing single player game, it isn’t using “PSN”

If they have there own account or profile on ur ps5 they can play … two people can’t be logged in on the same account
