I’m getting the M3 iPad Air because the M3 chip is a beast of a chip

@jerrymoreno1714

Been with iPad Pro M4 since it was released. Love every day with it as my workhorse for stats analytics 🐬

@wilsonfutrell1833

I have had iPad Pros for years. Currently have the 2020 12.9 inch and the M1 11 inch. Thought about trading in both to get the 13 inch M3 Air so I tried one last week. After years of ProMotion, I just can’t go back to 60Hz. It actually gave me a headache. Also don’t like Touch ID. If the Air had ProMotion and Face ID, I would have kept it. I don’t need OLED or LiDAR. I tried….

@zc7396

The lack of promotion is a dealbreaker for me. 60 hrtz iPads feel slow (I know they are not). Once you’re spoiled by promotion everything else feels sluggish.

@larushka1

The Pro has proper quad speakers if you watch a lot of movies or listen to music without headphones or buds.

@Dwil4Real

I had my 3rd Gen. iPad Pro from 2018- this past January. I finally decided to upgrade to the M4 pro and I’ve been in love since. I was gonna get the Air but it just wasn’t loud enough for me when I tested it in the Apple Store.

@johnleune1844

The difference isn’t $500 if you take into account that the Air starts with 128GB storage and the Pro with 256GB.

@dominicwei770

Apple ist a Master in upselling. The iPad Air has everything you need but the iPad Pro being the best they have is the iPad that many ppl want.
So it ends up with if being asked which iPad anyone else should buy every nerd will say: buy the Air, it is great and you don’t need more. But the nerd would always buy the pro. I will always by the pro.

You are perfectly right. Looking at the Pro you will realize: it is not the performance that sets it apart. And the remaining differences will only matter for niche usecases.

So it ends up with: not nobody needs a pro, but the air is enough for the most, including or especially the nerd (like me)

…but I’ll go with the pro anyway

@xabierlanda8998

iPad Pro, I still has the first iPad Pro 2019, so I’m more than ready to have a new iPad Pro M4 at least 512 gb, I don’t have enough space any more in my iPhone or my iPad, with 256gb .

@GabrielGasp

We all know that the iPad Mini is the only true iPad out there.

@Melanie_CraftMama

I’ve got the iPad Pro m2 and love it. My kids have the iPad Air and honestly had no idea that it wasn’t Face ID. The display is awesome on the pro and I think once you’re use to the display that the pro offers, it might be hard to go to the air. Thanks for the comparison!

@javip3300

Don't waste? I'd never even consider buying an iPad Pro.

@mrdarryljones1

Need the display for photo editing. It’s also comforting to know that the battery life is just a little better on the Air because I kill the batteries on my Pro! 😅 Awesome vid as usual! 👍🏾

@TamimTech22

Went to the Apple Store today originally to traded my iPad Pro and MacBook for an M4 Pro or M4, Max, Mac mini or MacBook Pro and then decided to walk out the store trading in my iPad Pro 11 inch M2 for the iPad Air 13 inch M3 just because I wanted the bigger screen real estate, especially for when I leave my MacBookPro docked at home and I feel like I can still be productive with the bigger screen real estate. it was unfortunate that I had to buy the Apple Pencil Pro in order to use an Apple Pencil though great video by the way.

@xionellforty4454

The best combo is iPad Pro 11 and iPad mini (A17 pro)

@michelleusher7517

I have an ipad Air For me and iPad pro for my business. Going back and forth daily on these for a couple of years I just traded in my iPad Air for an iPad pro because I hate having to use my fingerprint to log in. I also noticed the weight difference. The iPad air is heavy especially using it for a kindle. I was also using the iPad Air for my games and it has a habit of freezing up. I must say that using both models on a daily basis was a good experience to figure out what works best for me.

@GaryBeltz

I am flip flopping between getting the next iPad Pro or iPaid air. My current iPad Pro while supporting Apple Intelligence is about 5 years old and if Apple doesn't cut off support for it with iOS 19 they probably will with iOS 20.
This one still had the Liquid Retina display but with me being visually challenged I find the pro motion display on my iPhone 16 Pro Max easier to view.

@adrianhernandez7197

The 60 hz for the Air and 120Hz for the pro is an insult for Apple consumers in 2024.... Everything should already be 120 HZ and the pro 144 HZ at the VERY LEAST! its just enraging.

@zeniarodriguez-febo4113

I have owned almost all of the iPads but nothing compares to the Pro M4 i am obsessed with my iPad. Can't wait to use H every
Morning.
