I had watched videos and looked up different searches to fix a similar problem on a used bike. Just to find out it was the chain itself. It had a stiff link that was not bending while it went around the gear cogs. Once i fixed that issue, the bike stopped skipping. Check everything before messing with anything.

Bhai me ground pe khelne gya tha me 2/4 pe chalata hu cycle stand me rakhke gya tha ake dekhrha hu kisine 1/7 kardiya gear abd cycle chalane pe awaj horhi hai and jab 5 gear me shift krta hu tab chain 6th gear me chali jati hai pls reply kariye😢?

It has the limit adjust screws - that is the actual adjustment. Your thing is just cable tension adjust.
