That young kid was incredible in this. What a great piece of acting. He stole the show.
The social media plays a role, BUT there is a whole culture. You saw the school, you saw the bullying, you saw the teachers. "Take away their phones" is not going to cut it.
So glad I was born in the 90s and actually had a childhood before the age of social media.
The Australians have got it right. No social media before 16. At least it’s a start.
Friend of mine commented on this and said “ I would know if my kids were like this “ I disagreed and said her kids are all under 5.. It’s when they reach a certain age and are constantly on social media it starts…
No TV show will ever top this. Simply brilliant, and Episode 3 alone deserves every award it can get.
Parents in the 80/90's were all worried about watching too much tv and getting square eyes. So glad I had my childhood during this time. Life was better for all of society before social media.
WHAT KIND OF SOCIETY THINKS IT'S OK FOR 13 YEAR OLD TO BE OUT AFTER DARK!!! PARENTS SHOULD KNOW BETTER!!!
There has always been a generation gap. The rise and media of violence online is extreme. Understanding the emojis which are new language really enlightened the need that we parents are light years away from the youth culture.
Constant gaslighting and deflection to avoid addressing the real issues.
I'm only 31 and this emoji thing blows my mind -- would have no idea what any of them would mean on a teen's phone. Genuinely worried for kids today. I can't imagine how hard being a parent nowadays is!
This video is incorrectly framing a symptom as a root cause!
I can't get over how spectacular Owen Cooper's acting is in this. Absolutely mind-blowing. That young man absolutely stole that show. So incredible. And so many one-shots. Long scenes that he absolutely nailed. Perfection.
It was very chilling to watch, especially the scene when the female psychologist was interviewing Jaimie and navigating the leering guard.
Age doesn’t determine rage and aggression. Even at 50 there are many angry people who feel they’ve been robbed of a life that they believe is owed to them.
It’s absolute brilliant but made me so emotional 😭 I can’t stop thinking about it
Social media for over 18’s only Simple as that Identification to make an account One account per ID
Eish the last part with the family just got me crying, I can’t even imagine what the parents that face these issue go through😭😭😭😭
The series is very hard to watch. I watched over a couple of days but each episode was so shattering that I've had nightmares. I know it's drama but the thought of a 13 year old in prison; his life ruined. Yet, a 13 year old girl murdered because she said no. What are we doing to our children?
