I dated a woman like this. I really liked her but she ghosted me often, yet continued to lead me on and said we needed to get together,, then would back out or ignore me. Currently I am in a relationship with a lady who is much more receptive. She messages, calls, we go out, etc. Much easier! When a woman likes you, she will let you know.

They co-operate when they want something, doesn't mean she has your interests at heart - she's a single mother by the way, and is now in a relationship with another girl, still lives at her with her parents too. Silly little girl!!!!!!
