Great report, as always, Mike. Re: Mr. Fallon's departure--this is the nature of big business now, it's a revolving front door when it comes to employees and executives. In every industry, this seems to be a common occurrence--whether it's more money, an interesting new challenge, etc., this is just the way it is. There is no reason to think that Rivian won't be able to find someone just as skilled or perhaps even more skilled than Mr. Fallon--my mantra these days for my own personal goals is always "this or something better."  Rivian will be just fine and I think a lot of industry people are going to want to join in for the ride.
