I get being a top tiered athlete in the industry Derek is in is an upmost priority to be present on social media but I think mentally his limit to it would be more beneficial so he can get his head space back in it so it's fun to him again and the positive break on his emotional and physical output would benefit him hugely going forward put investment on yourself as an individual will be the most rewarding to all around you and let's face it I'll never forget Derek Lunsford and what he has done I may not know him or get to see him in person as a fan but I know he's definitely left a great legacy and that's a celebration on its own.... #hwmf Much love and respect brother to you and your family....
