How to make Sourdough Starter in 5 days, without discards

In this video, I share with you a simple way to make sourdough starter at home.
You only need flour and water, spend five days and feed it five times, and you can get an active sourdough starter.
The low-dose formula does not need to discard the starter and is more economical and effective.
Room temperature: 24C

Day 1:
10 grams of whole wheat flour + 10 grams of water
The third day:
10 grams of whole wheat flour + 10 grams of water + 20 grams of starter
The fourth day:
20 grams of whole wheat flour + 20 grams of water + 40 grams of starter
The fifth day:
40 grams of whole wheat flour + 40 grams of water + 80 grams of starter
After that, the starter can be fed at 1:1:1
