Creamy Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients for Creamy Sauce:
Nestlé MilkPak Unsalted Dairy Butter 4 tbsp
All-purpose flour 3 tbsp
Nestlé MilkPak Full Cream Milk 3 cups
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Nestlé MilkPak Dairy Cream 1/2 cup

Ingredients for Creamy Chicken Filling:
Oil 2 tbsp
Onion (chopped) 1 cup
Chicken (boiled & shredded) 500 g
Capsicum (julienne) 1 cup
Red chili flakes 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Nestlé MilkPak Dairy Cream 1/2 cup

Ingredients for Creamy Chicken Enchiladas:
Tortilla as required
Creamy chicken filling as required
Creamy sauce as required
Red chili flakes (for sprinkle) as required

Directions for Creamy Sauce Preparation:
In a pan, heat Nestlé MilkPak Unsalted Dairy Butter and let it melt. Add flour and cook for 1-2 mins.
Add Nestlé MilkPak Full Cream Milk, black pepper powder, salt and cook for 2-3 mins.
Now add Nestlé MilkPak Dairy Cream and cook for a minute. Set aside.
Directions for Creamy Chicken Filling Preparation:
In a pan, heat oil and add onion. Cook until translucent.
Add chicken, capsicum, red chili flakes, black pepper powder, salt and cook for 2-3 mins.
Add Nestlé MilkPak Dairy Cream and cook for 2-3 mins. Set aside.
Directions for Creamy Chicken Enchiladas Preparation:
Take the tortilla sheets and fill them with creamy chicken filling. Wrap them into tortillas making wraps.
Now in a deep dish spread creamy sauce, place enchiladas in the dish and spread sauce on them again. Add mozzarella cheese on top.
Bake them in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for 5-6 mins.
Your Creamy Chicken Enchiladas are ready. Sprinkle red chili flakes on top and enjoy.
