This is a less than 2 minutes of video shot with only my iPhone, on my terrace across the street from 119 Washington Avenue, where Red's Steakhouse is hosting it's 2nd rooftop commercial party, with a live DJ, strobe lights, and amplified music. This is the second time in a week. Red's evidently does not have a license for this outdoor nighttime entertainment.

This is how it sounds at regular levels from across Washington, a four lane road.

It stopped tonight only at 11:30 pm when the restaurant saw Code arrive.

It is a weeknight, and running this type of event in a residential neighborhood is intrusive to the quality of life for all nearby residents. My wife, Trisha, and I, live across the street from this building. We are a 234-unit condo and dozens of our neighbors are affected by these unlicensed parties.

I trust the city enforcement departments can do something about this flagrant disregard for city rules and regulations.
