
27 Weeks Pregnant | Week By Week Pregnancy
Welcome to your 3rd Trimester! You are 27 Weeks Pregnant and are officially in your final trimester before meeting your baby! Your baby is looking more like a newborn each week. You might be feeling baby hiccups in womb and feeling like you’re running out of space. Pregnancy swelling might be more pronounced and is usually a normal part of third trimester symptoms but could also be a sign of preeclampsia, a condition your provider will be monitoring for. Constipation is another common symptom as you get closer to giving birth. We talk about remedies in this week by week pregnancy update.
