Puff Pastry Rolls
Ingredients for Cream Filling:
Nestlé MilkPak Whipping Cream 1 pack
White chocolate (melted) 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Ingredients for Puff Pastry Roll:
Puff pastry dough
Egg wash
Prepared cream filling
Cinnamon powder
Directions for Cream Filling Preparation:
In a bowl add Nestlé MilkPak Whipping Cream and beat until fluffy and stiff peaks form.
Note: Chill overnight in the fridge (do not put in the freezer to chill, cream won’t whip once it gets cold temperature shock). Whip with an electric beater.
Now add white chocolate, vanilla essence and beat it again. Set aside.
Directions for Puff Pastry Roll Preparation:
Take the puff pastry dough and flatten it with the rolling pin.
Cut small square shapes from it.
Now wrap these squares around cylindrical steel mold making tube shapes. Make as many rolls as needed.
Place them on a greased baking pan lined with butter paper.
Brush beaten egg on it.
Bake them in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for 7-8 mins.
Now remove the molds from the baked rolls and fill them with cream filling.
Your Puff Pastry Rolls are ready. Serve and enjoy.
