Chamomile elixir - Matricaria chamomilla

Hello there guys, today we are making a chamomile elixir, a sweet and tasty herbal preparation.
This is a perfect remedy to take before bed if you struggle to fall asleep

Ingredients:
-100 g chamomille (4 cups)
-300ml alcool (1 1/4 cups)
-1 cinnamon stick
-700g sugar (3 1/2 cups)
-800ml water (4 cups)

I usually take the elixir with lukewarm (not hot!) plant-based milk before sleep.
