Chow Mein Spring Rolls

Ingredients for Chicken Marination:
Chicken strips (boneless) 500 g
SuperChef Liquid Marination 1 pack

Ingredients for Chow Mein:
Oil 2 tbsp
Marinated chickenDirections for Whipped Cream:
In a bowl add Nestlé MilkPak Whipping Cream and beat until fluffy and stiff peaks form.
Note: Chill overnight in the fridge (do not put in the freezer to chill, cream won’t whip once it gets cold temperature shock). Whip with an electric beater.
Add condensed milk, Nestlé MilkPak Dairy Cream, gelatine syrup, vanilla essence and beat it well. Set aside.
Directions for Creamy Banana Delight Preparation:
In a serving dish add layers of candi biscuits, banana slices, whipped cream and lastly garnish with candi biscuits and banana slices. Your Creamy Banana Delight is ready.

Onion (sliced) 250 g / 2 medium
Carrot (julienne) 180 g / 2 large
Capsicum (julienne) 180 g / 2 small
Cabbage (julienne) 1 medium
Spaghetti (boiled) 1 pack
SuperChef Chow Mein Sauce 1 bottle

Ingredients for Chow Mein Spring Rolls:
Roll Patti as required
Flour mixture (all-purpose flour 1/2 cup + water 1 cup)
Oil (for frying) as required

Directions for Chicken Marination:
In a bowl add chicken and SuperChef Liquid Marination. Let it rest for 15-20 mins.
Directions for Chow Mein Preparation:
In a pot heat oil and add marinated chicken. Cook until it changes color.
Add onion, capsicum, carrot, cabbage and cook for 2-3 mins.
Add boiled spaghetti and SuperChef Chow Mein Sauce. Shake it well before use. Cook for 2-3 mins. Set aside.
Directions for Chow Mein Spring Rolls Preparation:
Take the roll patti and add chow mein filling on it. Wrap it in roll shape. Seal the edges with flour mixture.
Note: they can be frozen for up to 1 month and in an airtight container
Deep fry them until crispy and golden brown. Your Chow Mein Spring Rolls are ready.

Cooking time: 30 mins
