Today I am sharing my HOME MEAL recipe with you guys. I use leftover Costco rotisserie chicken. The chicken is too big for us all for one meal, so we can usually split it into several meals. I usually freeze the chicken beast for other delicious dishes. Today I am going to share one of the recipe, Creamy Garlic Mushroom Chicken Pasta.
You can use fresh chicken breast, but you will just need to season it. One of the advantages of using Costco rotisserie chicken is that it is already seasoned.
The best part of this dish is the sauce, Creamy Garlic Mushroom sauce. You will love this if you like mushroom!

Black pepper and salt for seasoning

For the sauce:
450ml whipping cream
180g Mushroom
1 tbsp Parmesan powder
4 cloves of garlic
