Jessica Cordova Kramer is co-founder and CEO of Lemonada Media, an award-winning podcast network with a mission to make life suck less. In 2022, she was named among the "Top 50 Most Powerful People in Podcasting," by Podcast Daily News and Inside Radio. Cordova Kramer was previously the executive producer of the Pod Save the People podcast, which has won multiple Webby awards. She began her professional career as a Wall Street lawyer who moonlighted on pro bono domestic violence and refugee cases, then worked for Teach For America and Teach For All for more than a decade. Cordova Kramer lost her younger brother, Stefano, to a long battle with addiction, subsequently co-creating Lemonada with Stephanie Wittels Wachs, who also lost her brother to an overdose. The network has gone on to create hit series, including the Gracie Award-winning podcasts Last Day and Believe Her, Wiser Than Me with Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Choice Words with Samantha Bee, In the Bubble with Andy Slavitt, Funny Cuz It’s True with Elyse Myers and Blind Plea. Lemonada’s goal is, Cordova Kramer says, “to make shows that help people get out of bed in the morning, that help people deal with the hardest sh*t in their real lives.”
Stephanie Wittels Wachs is co-founder and Chief Creative Officer of Lemonada Media, an award-winning podcast network with a mission to make life suck less. In 2022, she was named among the "Top 50 Most Powerful People in Podcasting," by Podcast Daily News and Inside Radio. Wittels Wachs co-created and hosts Last Day, Lemonada's Gracie Award-winning flagship show confronting massive epidemics with humor, compassion, and a quest for progress. Its first season focused on the opioid crisis, which took the life of her brother, writer-producer-comedian Harris Wittels (Parks & Recreation, Master of None). Thanks in part to her wit and forthrightness, Wittels Wachs has appeared as a guest on a plethora of podcasts (from Comedy Bang Bang to Pod Save the People) public radio programs (NPR’s Morning Edition), and TV shows (Late Night with Seth Meyers). She’s the author of the best-selling book Everything Is Horrible and Wonderful: A Tragicomic Memoir of Genius, Heroin, Love, and Loss, which Kirkus anointed “a powerful debut” upon its release. She co-founded Lemonada Media with Jessica Cordova Kramer, who also lost her brother to an overdose, because, Wittels Wachs says, “Community is a life jacket.”
Heather Cohen started her radio career at New York’s legendary WOR 710 in New York before she programmed GreenStone Media. Today she serves as Executive Vice President of The Weiss Agency, a broadcast talent agency which represents and develops the careers of many of the industry's most successful local and syndicated personalities. In 2013 Talkers Magazine awarded Heather with the prestigious “Judy Jarvis Memorial Award for Outstanding Contributions to Talk Radio by a Woman,” and she’s been selected as one of Radio Ink Magazine’s Most Influential Women in Radio every year since 2014. In 2021, Heather was one of the first awardees of the “Sheros in Media” Award from the Multicultural Media and Correspondents Association. Heather serves on the Alliance for Women in Media and Foundation Board of Directors as the Immediate Past Chair, and has co-chaired the Gracie Awards since 2016. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Broadcasters Foundation of America, and is the President of the Executive Board of Hofstra University’s Alumni Organization.
