Today in the Vampire Survivors DLC Ode to Castlevania we play as Simon Belmont - one of the earliest characters you unlock - and check out the Wind Whip with it's evolution Spirit Tornado Tip. Once evolved, the weapon summons Spirits that collect XP gems for you, but the real deal is the large area the weapon covers combined with an insane amount of crit and occassional damage bonus. And it's really nothing to scoff at, since it was even powerful enough to destroy a Reaper with over 5 billion HP.
