Ingredients for Peri Peri Sauce:
Water 1 cup
Onion cubes 1 cup
Dried red chilies 3-4
Garlic cloves 2-3
Whole red chilies 2-3
Ingredients for Peri Peri Chicken:
Oil 1 tbsp
Boneless Chicken Chunks 500 g
Peri peri sauce
Paprika powder 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Vinegar 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Ketchup 2 tbsp
Hot sauce 2 tbsp
Ingredients for Peri Peri Samosa:
Samosa patti as required
Peri peri chicken as required
Flour mixture (all-purpose flour 1 cup + water 1 cup)
Oil (for frying) as required
Directions for Peri Peri Sauce Preparation:
In a pan, heat water and add onion cubes, dried red chilies, garlic cloves, whole red chilies and cook until onion gets soft.
Transfer it to a blender and blend it into smooth puree. Set aside.
Directions for Peri Peri Chicken Preparation:
In a pan, heat oil and add chicken. Cook until the chicken changes color.
Add peri peri sauce, paprika powder, black pepper powder, vinegar, salt, ketchup, hot sauce. Cook until the chicken is fully done.
Directions for Peri Peri Samosa Preparation:
Take the samosa patti and make a samosa shape. Seal the edges with flour mixture. Fill it with peri peri chicken.
Now deep fry the samosa until crispy and golden in color.
Your Peri Peri Samosa is ready.
