Rose Tres Leches Cake

Ingredients for Sponge:
Eggs 5
Caster sugar 1 cup
Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
Pink food color 2-3 drops
All-purpose flour 1 ½ cup
Baking powder 1/2 tbsp

Ingredients for Whipped Cream:
Whipping cream 2 cups
Rose syrup 3 tbsp

Ingredients for Milk Mixture:
Milk 2 cups
Rose syrup 2 tbsp
Fresh cream 1/4 cup

Ingredients for Rose Tres Leches:
Prepared sponge
Prepared milk mixture
Prepared whipped cream

Directions for Sponge Preparation:
In a bowl add eggs, caster sugar and vanilla essence and beat it well. Add food color and beat again.
Now sift flour and baking powder into it and beat it again.
Transfer it to a baking dish greased with oil and lined with butter paper.
Bake it in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for 10-12 mins. Take it out of the oven and set aside.
Directions for Whipped Cream Preparation:
In a bowl add whipping cream and beat until fluffy and stiff peaks form. Add rose syrup into it and beat again. Set aside.
Directions for Rose Tres Leches Preparation:
Take the sponge and prick holes in it.
Pour milk mixture on the sponge and add a layer of whipped cream on top.
Your Rose Tres Leches Cake is ready.

Cooking time: 15-20 mins
