The Action Learning Program (ALP) enriches students' academic journey by integrating live projects that bridge theory and practice. As ALP Professor Susan Athey notes, "I felt very strongly that the students needed to see that experience and feel it and live it themselves." In ALP courses, students apply classroom knowledge to real business challenges, with faculty providing guidance as students work closely with partner companies and collaborate with their peers.
