Daal Mash Keema

Ingredients:
Oil 1/2 cup
Beef mince 1 kg
Onion (sliced) 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Tomatoes (sliced) 1 cup
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Yogurt 1 cup
Water 1/2 cup + 1 cup
Daal mash (soaked) 2 cups
Green chilies (sliced) 2-3

Directions:
In a pot heat oil and add beef mince. Cook until it changes color.
Add onion, ginger garlic paste and cook for 2-3 mins.
Add tomatoes, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, cumin powder and cook for 3-4 mins.
Add 1/2 cup water and cover and cook until half done.
Now add yogurt and cook until oil separates.
Add daal mash and mix it well. Add 1 cup water and cover and cook until the daal is fully done.
Lastly add green chilies and mix it well.
Dish it out and serve. Your Daal Mash Keema is ready.
