Sliced Beef (or pork) 200g
Nappa cabbage 3-5 leaves
Shitake/Oyster mushrooms 3-5 pcs
Carrots 1/2
Scallions 2-4
Tofu 1/2

Ponzu sauce
Citrus juice 2 Tbsp
Soy sauce 2 Tbsp
Sugar 1/2 Tsp

Sesame sauce
Tahini 2 Tbsp
Soy sauce 2 Tbsp
Vinegar 2 Tbsp
Sugar 2 Tbsp
Sake (Water) 2 Tbsp
Sesame seeds 1 Tbsp
