Keema Samosa Chaat

Ingredients for Keema Filling:
Oil 3 tbsp
Chicken mince 500 g
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Chaat masala 1 tbsp

Ingredients for Keema Samosa:
Samosa patti as required
Flour batter (All-purpose flour 1/2 cup + water 1/2 cup)
Prepared samosa filling as required
Oil (for frying) as required

Ingredients for Assembling:
Yogurt as required
Prepared samosa filling as required
Tomatoes (chopped) as required
Imli chutney as required
Potato cubes (boiled) as required
White chickpeas (boiled) as required
Green chutney as required
Onion (chopped) as required
Pomegranate as required
Chaat masala as required
Sev (nimko) as required

Directions for Keema Filling Preparation:
In a pan, heat oil and add keema. Cook until it changes color. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 2-3 mins.
Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, chaat masala and cook until chicken is fully done. Set aside.
Directions for Keema Samosa Preparation:
Take the samosa patti and brush flour batter on it. Make the samosa shape and fill it with keema filling. Now wrap the samosa by sealing it with flour batter.
Note: they can be frozen in an airtight container for up to 1 month
Deep fry them until crispy and golden brown. Set aside.
Directions for Assembling:
On a serving platter, add yogurt, prepared keema samosa, tomatoes, imli chutney, potatoes, white chickpeas, green chutney, onion, pomegranate, chaat masala, sev and serve.
Your Keema Samosa Chaat is ready.
