8 passengers plus a Toyota Quantum taxi driver were rushed to the Hospital following an accident that occurred on Tuesday afternoon on Andrew Mapheto Drive near Phomolong, Thembisa.
It so believed that the driver lost control following break failure and the taxi veered off the road and crashed into the Pedestrian bridge wall.
Some of the Hospitalized passengers were critical as they had broken legs, the driver was also reportedly sustained serious injuries.
