
Chiffon Cake
Chiffon cake ingredients:
(7 inch tube pan)
large eggs 5
vegetable oil 75g 1/3 cup+1 tablespoon
cake flour 100g 2/3 cup
milk 75g 1/4 cup+1 tablespoon
white vinegar 10g 2 teaspoons
sugar 75g 1/3 cup+1 tablespoon
Beat egg white till medium peaks
covered with aluminum foil into preheated oven 330°F/165°C bake for 20 minutes
20 minutes later , remove aluminum foil and reduce the temperature to 310°F/155°C bake for another 20 minutes
