Not a strat I came up with, but it's the one I do and (to my knowledge) most other top runners in glitchless/rando do this.

This works on both Japanese and English.

Text:
1. get into the corner to the right of the door and target the wall facing right.
2. full sidehop left while holding shield (I didn't say in the video but make sure you let go of target during the sidehop)
3. c-up and align the middle of the clock with the right vertical white line (the one that's completely underwater). Middle of the clock should be aligned with the white line or just to the left of it, it's pretty lenient
4. exit C-up, wait for the elevator to go below the water, hold target and press A (neutral roll)
5. when the platform starts rising, mash goron mask. Once you see the animation of goron mask being put on, hold left and shield
6. Shield turn left, then hold target and A
7. Wait for the propeller blade to point straight down, then hold up until you roll off the platform, then reset the stick to neutral. There are two propeller blades that work, but knowing which ones are correct will take a bit of practice. Just keep in mind that it only works when the elevator is at max height, so you can use that as a reference.
8. Once you land on the propeller blade, wait until it goes up a little, then hold up until you make it to the platform. I usually wait until it's about 45 degrees up but you'll have to experiment and figure out what timing works for you.
