The Rant begins at 04:32

I'm exhausted, as many of us are. I wish I'd collected my thoughts a bit better on this day, but I think this is a good glimpse into the mind of a resident physician who is just exhausted mentally. The more introspection and reflection I do, the less enchanted with the practice of medicine I become. Frankly, I need to figure something out soon because the "goals" I once had are no longer valid goals in my current eyes.

We'll see what happens.
