Health is a tricky thing.

Some things might help you and harm me.

Something things might harm you but help me.

Therein lies the difficulty with quick statements on social media.

While I can’t answer every question that ever pops up, what I can say is this:

If you want to be a healthier person, move your own progress forward at your own pace doing whatever makes sense to you on your journey.

But the question remains: is it called Soda or Pop?
